Who wouldn't want to live at Harbor Towers on the Waterfront?

My mind is blown. I can't understand or even begin to fathom why, as the Summer approaches, there are 13 available rentals in Harbor Towers, and most are priced below average Waterfront and North End apartments.

If you had your choice of a 600 sqft. North End apartment, or a 720 sqft. unit with direct water views, a 24 hr concierge, heat and hot water included, and an amazing pool with harbor views and a gas grill for barbecues, which would you choose? For whatever reason, people seem to be neglecting Harbor Tower rentals, leaving prices comparable to smaller units with less amenities to offer. For instance, there is a 2 bedroom 2 bath 1216 sqft. unit with harbor views--no it doesn't have granite or stainless (but who needs it with that space and those amenities/location?)--available for June 1st priced at $2500!

With the hot months coming, I have to ask again, who wouldn't want to live at Harbor Towers!?

Here are some possible answers that I have compiled after numerous hours of brainstorming:

1. Vampires have taken over Boston apartments and are opting for units with smaller windows to avoid the day time sun.

2. The downturn in the economy has had a reverse effect on renters in Boston, making them want to spend more on less space in order to "stimulate the economy."

3. Following Cosmo Kramer's lead (Seinfeld anyone?), Bostonians are fed up with the crowds at pools and have started swimming in the harbor, eliminating the need for them all together.

Okay, in all seriousness, if you're looking for a 1- or 2- bedroom apartment in Boston in the low to mid $2000s, you need to see Harbor Towers. Call us today at 617.391.8801 or visit myCityApartment.com to set up an appointment.
